Our Team

Amy started at Installed Building Products of Fort Myers in October of 2021. She started off as the scheduler with only 2 other people in the office. Since then, she has become the office manager and the office has grown!

She has been married for 18 years and has two dogs, Sammy and Kendra. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, tasting wine and spending time with family. She was born and raised in Michigan (GO BLUE!) and moved around. Her husband and her moved to Florida from Rochester, NY in 2021 so she could be closer to family.

Brayan, originally from Colombia, moved to the US in 2022, started at IBP of fort Myers in 2023, he has been doing scheduling since he came to the IBP family. He currently handles scheduling for insulation, aluminum and after paint. His main responsibilities include managing schedules, ensuring timely communication and keeping cordial working relationships with clients and co-workers. He monitors and tracks project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.

Outside of work he enjoys going outdoors, exploring need places, cultures and languages. He’s a very outgoing person and always open to change.

Maria has been with IBP since September 7, 2021. Most of her co-workers call her MP because when she started here, there was another Maria in the office.

She is married to her husband Mike. He is a retired law enforcement officer. She has a background as a drafting technician for architects and engineers and managed a carpentry business for over 30 years.

Ken started working for IBP in February of 2022. He started working as the measure guy and was asked if he wanted to be the warehouse manager.

He has been married for 18 years. He is a Type 1 diabetic and currently waiting for a new kidney. He enjoys watching football (mostly Michigan Wolverines) and spending time with his family.

Nicole joined Installed Building Products of Ft Myers in April of 2023. Prior to joining us, Nicole worked for several retail and manufacturing companies in various accounting and management positions ranging from A/R, A/P to Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Internal Audit. Nicole’s experience includes over 25 years in the Accounting field. She is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Nicole is married and has a son, step-son and is a proud grand-mother to her 5-year-old grand-daughter. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and 4 dogs; a rescue mixed Pitt, Australian Shepard, and 2 Border Collies.

Shantel and her husband have two dogs and a 16 year old son who they love so much. Some of her favorite hobbies are reading, going on walks with her dogs, and shopping. Shantel has been a part of the IBP family since September 2023. Shantel had to deal with the passing of her father, which she expressed as being one of the hardest times in her life and her IBP family was there and really showed up for her at the funeral. This was one of her highlights in such a difficult time but IBP was there for her. IBP to her is more than just a job but a family. She shows up every day and always ready to lend a helping hand. Her smile and laugh always puts a smile on someone’s face. Shantel strives to be the epitome of what it means to be a star employee. To know Shantel is to love her. IBP has taught her so much work related with blueprints and installs but it has also taught her a lot outside of work. Shantel is in it for the long haul and is optimistic her future here at IBP.

Mike has four children and has been married to his beautiful wife for 14 years. He grew up in the business and has a career in the industry spanning over 21 years — 10 of which have been with IBP. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, weightlifting and his children’s sporting events.
